Berenice was suffering from daily migraines, PTSD, eating disorders and lower back pain before she found the practice of yoga and ultimately got her certification to practice. She completed her yoga teacher training course in the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India. She is also a certified meditation teacher.
Berenice's aim is to help others feel better through yoga, especially beginners. Off the mat, you can find her taking long walks in nature, writing and painting.
