His academic work recently defined the model of ‘Organizational Wellbeing Neuroscience’ and is a chapter in the academic textbook: The Handbook of Organizational Wellbeing (SAGE publ.). His research informs his executive coaching processes, his licensed clinical practice in neuro-behavioral analysis and neuropsychology as well as his consulting to various organizations globally. His coaching practice is informed by his academic and business research, where he has proposed the model of organizational wellbeing neuroscience (OWN). He is globally respected as an executive health coach. In his practice he ensures clients sustain wellness related to sleep hygiene, healthy nutrition, effective social, physical and emotional exercise toward improved workplace performance habits.
