Kayla is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for nutrition education and wellness. She holds a certificate in nutrition counseling from Cornell University, a Dietetic Internship through Rutgers University, and a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Pennsylvania State University. Her nutrition philosophy is “everything in moderation”, which guides her approach to creating personalized nutrition plans that enables clients to create their own food freedom. Kayla has experience working with a broad range of clients through her previous roles teaching nutrition to school age children, working as an in-store Retail Dietitian, and developing and executing corporate nutrition and wellness programs.
Kayla works closely with her clients to address their goals and manage conditions including allergies, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. She also enjoys working with those who are on their own weight journey and looking for lifestyle changes that will work for them. She has experience combining her nutrition and culinary skills and enjoys helping clients find ways to make feeding their family easy and fun.
