Kristine Nelson is a Registered Clinical Dietitian and Nutrition Coach. She began her career working in nursing and quickly saw the importance of nutrition in the prevention and treatment of disease. Kristine also taught as an adjunct professor for Western Carolina University and University of North Carolina providing education to future Dietetic Interns and Medical OB/GYN Residents.
Kristine is passionate about utilizing food and movement to help individuals regain freedom in their lives. She has been a speaker at Healthy Eating in Practice conference educating providers on the benefits of holistic cooking in the prevention and treatment of heart disease.
