Monique is a MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) certified Educator and Internationally accredited Yoga/Pilates Teacher and Trainer. She enjoys sharing the wonderful benefits of movement and meditation with people from all over the world. Her passion is to teach and inspire others to move and connect body and mind in a gentle and compassionate way.
Monique has taught yoga, pilates and Mindfulness for the past 10 years, specialising in MBSR and Trauma Sensitive yoga. Monique is also an author and international trainer of trauma sensitive mindful movement. As an adult educator Monique loves to learn, practice and study, sharing her insight passed down from her teachers with others.
