Shannon, RDN, LDN, is a state-licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience working in corporate wellness, culinary nutrition, and community nutrition. She has professional experience in recipe and menu development, especially for individuals with food allergies and/or intolerances. Her passion for culinary nutrition grew while teaching cooking classes to all ages and populations. Shannon uses a non-diet, weight-inclusive, all-foods-fit approach to nutrition focused on teaching the hands-on skills of putting nutrition knowledge into daily practice. Shannon received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science and post-baccalaureate in Dietetics. She completed her Dietetic Internship with a specialization in Wellness. You can find Shannon in the kitchen experimenting, outside running or walking her dog, or exploring new places near and far.
