Health and fitness have played a big part in Ultan’s life from a young age. Between team sports and individual pursuits, it was an easy career choice. A NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist, NASM certified corrective exercise specialist and nutritional therapist, he has been a personal trainer based in central London for over 10 years. Coupled with his BS and Masters in psychology, he emphasizes exercise as a way to stay fit both mentally and physically.
Ultan’s broad experience has seen him work alongside those training for multi-discipline events to those looking to incorporate small sustainable lifestyle changes. His training style is grounded in gradual progression with one key principle; ‘a positive workout is a repeatable workout’.
