Our Weight Loss Program is designed for long-term behavior change. Employees work 1:1 with certified wellness coaches to build sustainable nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits. Program available in 6 or 12-month format.
Program Includes:
• Personal Coaching: Up to 4 personalized coaching sessions per month with a dedicated expert in weight loss, focused on supporting sustainable, long-term success.
• Cash Rewards: Incentives for achieving weight loss milestones, providing extra motivation for employees to stay on track and celebrate their progress. (Up to $200 in Rewards)
• Optional Labs (US and India Only): At months 0, 3, and 6. Labs are included but not mandatory for participants.
• Tracking device and scale: Provided if participants do not have them.
Employers define eligibility criteria. Employees apply and are enrolled if they qualify, keeping the program targeted, effective, and scalable.
