  • How do I create my Wellness Coach account?

    Each employee will need to download the “Wellness Coach” App from either Google Play for Android Users, or from the App Store for iPhone Users. You can also access the Wellness Coach platform from your desktop at https://www.wellnesscoach.live/app/login.

    Once the employee downloads the app, they will need to register with their name and company-provided email address.

    For verification, they will receive a 4-digit access code to their work email address.

    Once the person enters the 4-digit code into the app, they will be logged in and have premium access to Wellness Coach!

  • Didn’t get a confirmation code or welcome email?

    Please check your Junk folder and add wellnesscoach.live to your safe-senders list. Additionally, you will receive an email from Wellness Coach as soon as you attempt to log in with your passcode.

  • Will I be charged for the 14-day trial?

    You will not be charged for the trial, it is free. After the trial is complete you will lose access to premium content unless you choose to subscribe.

  • I would like to cancel my subscription to Wellness Coach. How do I do this?

    If you have subscribed to Wellness Coach through the Apple App store, please follow these steps.

    If you have subscribed through the Google Play store, please follow these steps.

  • Can I view the app in a different language?

    We have classes available on-demand in Spanish and Portuguese. We do not yet have the full app available in other languages.

  • How do I save a class to watch later?

    The best way to do this is to add the class to your Downloads list.

    To do this: when you are listening to a practice, tap the middle icon above the pause button (cloud with an arrow). Then you can view your downloaded classes by going to More > Downloads.

  • How do I add sessions to my favorites and access them later?

    Click on the heart icon on the top right corner of any session to add it to your favorites. When you would like to access your favorites, just click on the heart at the top right corner of the home page. All of your favorites will be stored there in the order they were selected.

  • What workspace platforms does Wellness Coach integrate with?

    Wellness Coach has an app for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.

    You can search Wellness Coach and add it for free right from your workspace platform's app marketplace.

  • How do I unsubscribe from Wellness Coach emails?

    To unsubscribe from our emails, please scroll to the bottom of the email and click ‘unsubscribe’ or ‘manage preferences’ to choose how often you receive updates from us.

  • How do I view the history of classes I have watched?

    To view your history, go to Profile > Current Streak > Wellness Sessions.

  • What time zone are the live classes shown in?

    The classes are shown in your own time zone.

  • I missed a live class I wanted to join or the times of the classes don’t work well for me. What are my options?

    Replays of most live classes are available on the app 24 hours after the class occurred. Each session is stored in one of our on-demand categories for your viewing - see the “Explore” tab to search for these sessions.

  • How far in advance can I sign up for a challenge have been invited to or is hosted by my company?

    You can join as soon as you can see the Challenge in the app.

  • Can I sign up for a challenge after it has started?

    Yes, you can join the challenge after the start date. If you join a walking challenge late, your steps will be captured from the start date.

  • How are winners determined?

    Winners of the challenge are determined based on the Challenge Description.

  • How can I sync my steps from my mobile phone and fitness tracking device to Wellness Coach?

    First, be sure to connect your Apple Health or Google Fit to Wellness Coach. You can do so by clicking on Settings under "More" in the bottom corner of the app. Next, click on Apple Health or Google Fit to open your settings:

    For Apple Health, allow Wellness Coach to collect your steps

    For Google Fit, log in to your account to share your steps

    Next, if using a wearable, be sure it is synced to either of those apps to be tracked in the challenge.

    In the Challenge's Overview tab, you will see a green checkmark to note your steps are syncing.

  • How do I ensure my steps are syncing?

    Please return to the Wellness Coach app and click the sync button (circular arrow) each day to sync your steps achieved since the start date of the challenge.

  • Which devices can be used to track steps for the walking challenge that are capable with either Apple Health app or Google Fit app?

    Any device that syncs to the Apple Health app or Google Fit app can be used for the walking challenge. Below is a list of the most commonly used devices:

  • Can I input my steps into the Wellness Coach app myself?

    No, you are not able to input your steps manually into the Wellness Coach app. The only way that your steps will be counted for the challenge is through the sync between the Wellness Coach app and your phone's health app (Apple Health for iPhone and Google Fit for Android). The Wellness Coach app will then automatically start to calculate your steps, as long as you have sharing turned on in your settings.

  • Where can I access my Team Challenge?

    Each challenge will be featured on the Wellness Coach app homepage with your company logo a few days prior to the challenge start date, until a day after the challenge. Select the quick link “Challenge” with the crown icon or click your company logo to join. Here, you will be able to access the challenge's content, leaderboard, progress, and any additional challenge information.

  • Can my Dependents or Friends and Family participate in my company’s Wellness Challenges?

    No. Only employees can participate in company-wide wellness challenges.

    However, you can launch challenges on your own and invite anyone you would like!

  • How do I refund my personal coaching session?

    If you cancel or reschedule your session 24 hours or more in advance of your session time, our team will provide a full refund of the session.

  • Can I ask you a question?

    Use the FAQ section of your site to answer those routine questions that always come up and need to be answered. This is a great way to tell us more about what you can offer, fill in some details that might intrigue us, and show us how knowledgeable and helpful you can be.
