Eligibility criteria for becoming a coach with us
Experience as a coach, demonstrating a solid foundation in coaching principles and methodologies
Beyond general coaching skills, a coach must exhibit specialized expertise in a specific coaching type with appropriate qualifications and certifications
Ability to tailor coaching strategies to align with individual preferences, motivations, and challenges
Skills required:
Active Listening, Empathy, Clear and effective communication skills
Eligibility criteria for becoming a therapist with us
Mental Health Therapists: active licenses — LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Ability to tailor therapeutic strategies to align with individual preferences, needs, and challenges
Experience as a licensed therapist, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic principles and methodologies
