  • How far in advance can an employee sign up for the challenge?

    As soon as the challenge is launched.

  • Can employees sign up for the challenge after it has started?

    Yes.

  • Can employees change teams during a challenge?

    No, once you are allocated to a team, you can’t change the team.

    If your challenge does not include teams, you will be competing with your colleagues individually and this question does not apply.

  • Can I share with family/friends?

    No, this is an internal team challenge but you can invite your colleagues and encourage them to play a challenge.

  • Can I complete more sessions than required within the challenge?

    Yes, we encourage this! However, only the required completed sessions per week will be counted towards winning the challenge.

  • What if I play the same session every day?

    That session will be only counted once.

  • How can I contact support?

  • How are winners determined?

    Winners of the challenge are determined based on the Challenge Description. You can find this by opening the Wellness Coach app, open the challenge located on the home page, and clicking “Challenge” near the upper right of the screen. If any details are unclear, please email support@wellnesscoach.live and someone will be in touch soon to help

  • What does the winning team get?

    If there are prizes included in your challenge, they will be indicated in the Challenge Description.

  • Can manual steps be counted?

    Any steps logged manually do not count for this challenge. We want to ensure you are getting the best from this challenge and no cheating is allowed. To win prizes, those in the top 10 may have to provide proof of steps.

    Those who manually add steps will be disqualified and removed from the challenge.

  • How can I sync a fitness tracking device (Fitbit, Garmin Watch, or other) to the Wellness Coach?

    What you will need to do is ensure that your fitness activity tracking device is sharing data with either Apple Health or Google Health, depending on the phone you have. Please follow the instructions for the fitness activity tracking device to ensure that this is turned on. Please also make sure that sharing is turned on with your Health app on your phone as well.

  • Which devices can be used to track steps for the walking challenge that are capable with either Apple Health app or Google Fit app?

    Any device that syncs to the Apple Health app or Google Fit app can be used for the walking challenge. Below is a list of the most commonly used devices:
