How does it work:
Step #1:
Employee/Member completes patient intake form to qualify
We customize qualification criteria based on employer preferences e.g. BMI, A1C levels, etc
Step #2:
After initial qualification, member is redirected to details of the program and to schedule an appointment with a physician
Note: around 80% members qualify after a physician’s assessment of the patient.
Step #3:
Based on the program the Employer offers, member starts getting monthly injections via mail. The patient will start on an initial dosage which might turn into a progressive plan based on the initial months of the patient’s progress with the injections.
Employees can opt for tablets or a Semaglutide solution.
